Sheila Eckert is the founder of Frankee, an AI-powered agile teammate built to help teams work smarter without adding more process overhead. She is an agile and product advisor with more than 30 years of experience spanning software development, product delivery, leadership, and organizational agility.
 

Sheila is the author of Agile Meets AI: A Pragmatic Guide for Modern Teams, a book that cuts through frameworks, buzzwords, and false promises to explore what real agility looks like in the age of artificial intelligence. She built Frankee to bring those ideas into daily team workflows by embedding agile thinking directly into the product so teams gain the benefits without needing to become prompt engineers or agile experts.
